MAYA CARON
Oriana Singers Primary Chair
Maya Caron (she/her) is a sophomore studying Music Education and minoring in Psychology. She’s from Selinsgrove, PA and is involved in Oriana, the PSU Voice Department, and the Clarinet Choir. Her favorite spot on campus is the Eleanor Duncan Armstrong atrium inside Music Building One. She THONs for the members of her family who have bravely fought their cancer battles and for all of the children in the world who deserve to lead long, happy lives.
JT Thomas
Glee Club Primary Chair
JT (they/he) is a fourth year majoring in Classics and Ancient Mediterranean Studies with minors in Greek and English. They’re from Harrisburg, PA and a member of Glee Club. Their favorite spot on campus is the CAMS library on the third floor of the Weaver Building! They have many family members who have had battles with cancer. Some have beat it. Others haven't. They say that they know what it feels like to see someone you love go through that ordeal, but can't imagine how hard it must be for that loved one to be your child. JT THONs so that no one has to go through the fight alone.

Chiara (she/her) is a 4th year Biochemistry and Molecular Biology Major from Nazareth, PA. She is the President of Oriana Singers and the VP of Community Relations and Treasurer of Performing Arts Council. Her favorite spot on campus is the garden under the Millennium Science Complex! She THONs for all the kids who deserve to still make great childhood memories despite the battles they’re fighting.
Julia (she/her) is a 4th year majoring in History and Political Science and minoring in Middle East Studies and Global Security. Her hometown is Macungie, PA and this fall will be her 7th semester in Oriana Singers! And as we head back to campus, her favorite spot is the Paterno Library. She THONs so that Gunnar and all the kids like him can just be kids!
MILA HIRSCH
Communications Chair
Mila (she/her) is a 5th year Architecture Major from Long Island, NY. After 3 years in University Choir and one semester in Oriana, she is now a member of Essence of Joy. She's also the Social Media Chair of None of the Above A Cappella. Her favorite spot on campus is the gazebo at the Hintz Family Alumni Center. After watching her baby cousin suffer with childhood cancer, she wanted to do whatever she could to help families through those rough and scary times. She THONs because no one should be alone and kids deserve to be kids.
ELLA PEDERSEN
Donor and Alumni Relations Chair
Ella (she/her) is a 4th year with a double major in Architecture and Applied French. Her hometown is Hershey, PA. She’s been in multiple choirs at PSU and her favorite spot on campus is The Peace Garden. She THONs for her uncle and for all the children and their families that suffer from childhood cancer.
